The monthly ritual that will ensure that upgrowth continues to adhere to is an annual team meeting where we discuss the accomplishments of a person and the team, share wins, build collective awareness, talk about personal experiences, maintain the integrity of our organization, and make new members feel comfortable as we are an entirely virtual (WFH) the organization.

Delicious

upGrowth carried out a daring experiment using Delicut. The January goals to Delicut for the year were reached within the first ten days. We decided to take an unintentional break from the advertisements and see if the sales dropped significantly.

However, sales remained constant, and we could be sure that we were creating something consistent and solid. Advertising drove the sales Delicut received. However, they were a bit dependent on advertisements, which was a significant response. The return on investment increased significantly, and Delicut could keep generating sales without investing any money.

Modanci

We began working with Modanci in October 2022. Modanci is an ayurvedic local and personal care company in Satara. Modanci is owned and operated by the family company with a long history and more years of experience working in Ayurveda health spas, helping customers with Ayurvedic remedies, medications, methods, and procedures.

Modanci was looking to commercialize its solutions and achieve excellent sales. They already had the needed products but needed help with the growing process. They required complete guidance in the journey from local to international brands.

We developed the large scale for Modanci, the Modanci development strategy, and an action plan that orientated Modanci on how to go about the issue and what budgets would be needed.

Everything was shared using complete research and bags of data, allowing them to envision marketing advertisements’ branding. They were pleasantly surprised and thrilled by the results that upGrowth achieved within an amount of time. Below are Modanci’s outcomes.

Fi.Money

Fi. Money is a new bank for the next generation of bankers who want to use digital banking. The first time Fi. Money approached upGrowth, but they did not appear in any search snippets; however, six months after the launch, they were in search snippets of +15,000 in the SERP and were highly pleased by the success.

Social media experiments and seasonal branding:

The boringness of social media would appear If we didn’t hop at the latest trends and current events. upGrowth takes advantage of every chance of following the latest trends. It doesn’t matter if it’s blink, its infamous ‘do mangoge’ or a money heist campaign. It’s fun to go in with the current fashions.

On January 26, with the patriotic spirit of the day in mind, upGrowth put on a dress-up some iconic brand names in tricolor. Coca-Cola, Kellogg’s, Nescafe, Starbucks, and KFC. And the results were breathtaking! Please take a look at the stunning visuals and our Republic Day post.

Additionally, we changed the branding of our seasonal events by changing upGrowth’s logo to reflect dates like January 26 and Diwali, Christmas Diwali, and more.

Growth Experiment: Decision Tree

The founders of a business may be faced with a myriad of concerns (too numerous!). They can be asked at any time during the industry, in the beginning phase, expansion, growth, or any stage of the business’s journey. This is why upGrowth launched the Decision Making Trees in January 2023.

A decision-making tree helps businesses make complex decisions regarding digital marketing. The tree will ask questions based on digital marketing concepts and topics like SEO, Growth Marketing, Content, Social Media, and more.
